Guide to Resell your DET and PTE Premium accounts

This guide also applies to the Duolingo English Test Practice Platform. 

We support thousands of PTE and DET takers on a monthly basis, some of them successfully secured their Pearson Test of English and Duolingo English Test desired scores sooner than they expected, so they still have a number of Premium days left that they no longer need. As a result, we want to help them resell their Premium accounts to earn back an amount of money as well as support new PTE or DET takers to have full access to our Practice Platforms at a lower fee. 

For example, if PTE takers purchase a 60 Premium days package at US $35.99, and they finish their Preparation after 40 days, they have 20 Premium days that they no longer need. Therefore, they want to resell it at $12 (the sellers set this price) to help other PTE takers get 20 Premium days full access. In this scenario, new PTE takers are able to have access to the PTE Practice Platform at a very low price of just US $12 in 20 days.

In case you purchased a 30 Premium days DET Practice Platform package at $19.99, and you want to resell when having 10 days left at $7 for example. By doing so, buyers will get $7 to their funds and support other DET takers' access to the DET Practice Platform library for preparation. 

We will be using the PTE Premium package as an example, please apply the same if you want to resell the DET Premium account.

I. Benefits of the Premium accounts

When PTE takers have access to the PTE Premium account on the PTE Practice Platform – TADE Hub, they have access to the following benefits even if they purchase old accounts as long as those accounts still have Premium days. 

• Thousands of practice questions: We have at least 6,000 practice questions similar to the real questions to help PTE and DET takers prepare the best for the PTE Academic and Duolingo English Test. On top of that, the Academic team always adds new questions to the library on a weekly basis, so you should not worry if we run out of practice questions as it never does. 
• Mock Tests similar to the certified ones: We build everything 100% like the certified tests, including the number of questions, the order of questions, and even detailed feedback and estimated scores for both the PTE Academic and Duolingo English Test. In a nutshell, PTE and DET takers can request an upgraded answer based on their original one and immediately get a higher-score sample answer. After that, students can review their original and upgraded answers to see the differences and what should they do to advance their scores.
• An integrated dictionary: We have a dictionary integrated into the platform where users can check words’ meanings, pronunciation, synonyms, and so on by double-clicking the words. 
• Three supportive vocab lists: This one is for Premium users that they can check 16 Linking word categories, thousands of Collocations, Idioms, etc.
• And other supportive self-study features: We value the self-study process, so everything is developed to support students who devote their time to the greatest. Simply go to our platforms and experience everything for real.

Before purchasing old Premium accounts, we strongly recommend PTE and DET takers create their FREE accounts and experience everything first. 

II. How to Resell my Premium account?

Sellers kindly take a visit to our Facebook Community and follow our below guide to resell your PTE or DET Premium account in the Buy and Sell section.

Again, we use the PTE Premium account as an example, if you want to resell the DET Premium account, please apply accordingly. 

Step 1: Choose a listing type

Please pick “Item for sale”, which is the only accepted listing type when you resell Premium accounts. If you pick other types, your post will be removed immediately without informing you in advance. 

Step 2: Fill out information

After picking “Item for sale”, sellers please fill out all information as follows:

There are several notes that cannot be missed. 

• Photos: Please take screenshots of your Dashboard which clearly show the number of Premium days you have left.
• Price: Enter the price in USD and don’t worry about the currency because it always shows the currency where you are currently living. Sellers and Buyers should only care about the number, which is in USD. Make sure that your package is better than our default packages to attract buyers. 
• Condition: New is our Default value.
• More details: Describe how many Premium days you have left, and any other benefits for buyers. It’s IMPORTANT to include your account email, so our Support team will check and confirm that it’s true you own this Premium account. On top of that, we support buyers to make the payment through us, so please state clearly that “The transaction will be made through TADE Hub” if you need our support to NOT fall for scammers. Besides, please add your preferred receiving account. We support PayPal and WISE, and make sure to add this link https://bit.ly/3I5FRnH to your post to guide Buyers to make the payment.
  And do not forget to add hashtags to increase your selling probability.

• Product tags: This step helps you Resell your Premium account easier and faster because people may search by using these keywords on Facebook and find your product.
  If you sell PTE Premium accounts, use "PTE Academic", "PTE Practice Questions", "PTE Preparation Guide", "Pearson Test of English", and "TADE Hub".
  If you sell DET Premium accounts, use "DET Practice Platform", "DET Practice Questions", "DET Preparation Guide", "Duolingo English Test", and "TADE Hub".

Note: Sellers need to follow our above guide strictly to build trust with buyers and get accepted by Facebook's Selling policy. If there is any information missing, no worries, we will remind you to provide the missing one. 

Step 3: Post it in the Facebook community and Marketplace

Before posting your product, remember to click “Marketplace” to share your Premium account on Facebook Marketplace, which increases your chances of reselling it. 

III. How to purchase an old Premium account?

Premium account buyers also need to access this Facebook Community and pick their suitable packages. Please review all packages thoroughly and follow the next Part IV: How to make the payment to transfer the fee and get your Premium account within two (02) working days (not including weekends) after making the payment. 

IV. How to make the payment? 

It depends on what type of delivery you prefer, we have two ways that you can pick from.

1. Make the payment directly to the sellers

After any sale is published in the Facebook community, our Support team always review and confirms its truthfulness, you can review a sample post here. If buyers see our confirmation, it means that the number of Premium days and the Premium account are trusted and buyers can discuss everything with the sellers, including but not limited to, how to make the payment, make the payment before or after receiving the Premium account, and so on. However, because buyers and sellers discuss and come to the agreement themselves, we ARE NOT accountable for any damage at any time to either sellers or buyers. Please be careful whenever you make any agreement on social media platforms.

2. Make the payment to the sellers through TADE Hub

If both buyers and sellers find it hard to make the transaction directly to each party, we can help maintain the integrity of the deal. It’s super simple, after selecting a package, the buyer transfers the money to us and receives the Premium days in 2 working days (not including weekends).

Is this way 100% safe?

Yes, making the transaction through us is 100% safe. This is a new program that we support Duolingo English Test and Pearson Test of English takers to get the DET and PTE practice accounts for preparation at a lower price compared to our lowest package sold by successful takers who still hold a number of Premium days in their accounts. 

Payment methods support

There are three payment methods that we are able to support users across the world in this transaction type including PayPal, Tazapay, and WISE.

Again, please make sure that you already check the sellers’ post in our Buy and Sell section on Facebook carefully, and the post clearly states that the transaction will be made through us! 

If buyers already checked, please follow our three simple steps to make the payment.

Step 1: Choose your preferred payment method

Buyers can choose any of our supporting three payment methods through PayPal, Tazapay, and WISE.

Please make sure that you transfer to the correct email address. 

Step 2: Make the payment at the exact price

For example, if buyers purchase the account of 20 PTE Premium days at $15, buyers need to transfer the exact amount of the fee at $15, no more no less. We support the transaction fee through any payment method. 

Kindly remember that buyers need to transfer the fee to our receiving account: john@detpractice-tadehub.com (Applying to PayPal, Tazapay, and WISE). 

Step 3: Send your proof of payment completion 

Kindly share with us a screenshot of your transaction receipt and the post that you purchase to this email: support@tadehub.com.

After everything is done, our team will check and share a Premium code of 20 PTE Premium days to buyers’ email addresses in two (02) working days (not including weekends). 

Service fee

75% will go to sellers, and 25% will go to us. 

For example, if buyers purchase a package at $15, $11.25 (75% value of $15) will go to sellers and $3.75 will go to us. 

How long for buyers to receive Premium accounts

In two (02) working days not including weekends. After buyers send the proof of their transaction receipt and the post that they purchase to our email address: support@tadehub.com, we will share a Premium code in 2 working days.

How long for sellers to receive their funds

In two (02) working days (not including weekends), sellers will receive their funds to their preferred account (PayPal or WISE). Notification will also be sent automatically to their email address. 

Please notice that the seller will bear the service fee of the payment method they choose. No worries, it will take just a few cents and automatically charges, so you don’t need to research anything else. We will take care of everything. Please find out more here for PayPal and WISE. 

If sellers don’t receive their funds after two working days, please notify us at support@tadehub.com. We will immediately check and transfer the fee.
