Guide to make the payment for your Premium accounts

This article guides PTE takers on how to get their Premium accounts on the PTE Practice Platform – TADE Hub to prepare for the Pearson Test of English effectively and affordably.

1. Pay via PayPal

Most people ask “I don’t have a PayPal account, can I use PayPal to make the payment?” The answer is YES, you can make the payment as a guest.

2. Pay via Tazapay

Tazapay is a fintech company based in Singapore that offers easy, safe, and fast payment options through over 70 local payment methods, VISA, and Mastercard. Step 1: Choose Tazapay

Visiting our Pricing and pick your suitable package, it will automatically choose Tazapay, so you only need to click the "Pay" button.

Step 2: Choose your preferred payment method

Depending on your country, there are local payment methods at your service. For example, we offer Tosspay in South Korea, UnionPay in China, and Dana and ShopeePay in Indonesia. However, if you cannot use your local payment methods, you still can use VISA and Mastercard. 

The currency will also change to yours after picking Tazapay as well. So let's pick what payment method is available to complete your payment.

3. Pay via AlePay

Note: This payment gateway only supports users whose cards are issued in Vietnam.

Users can use this gateway if they are unfamiliar with PayPal. In this payment gateway, users can use VISA, Mastercard, JCB, AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Digital Wallets, etc to make the payment.

4. Transfer money via WISE

We totally understand the fact that some test-takers cannot make the payment via PayPal due to restrictions in their countries, so this is another way to help PTE takers get their Premium accounts by transferring money via WISE.

Kindly keep in mind that students need to create a WISE account in order to transfer money to us, which will likely take time if you are not familiar with technology or digital wallets. In this case, you should ask for help from friends or family members!

Step 1: Create your account

Kindly go to Play Store (Android) or AppStore (iOS) to download your preferred Digital Wallet. We support receiving money via WISE.

Step 2: Transfer money to our account

After creating and setting up your account, you can transfer money to our WISE account via this account email: john@detpractice-tadehub.com (or account phone number +84 91 151 2939).

Kindly enter our Account email carefully before making the payment.

For example, if users choose the 60-day Premium package that costs US$35,99 and has a 20% discount code, then users only need to transfer US$28,79.

If you already have a WISE account, here are a few steps to transfer money to another WISE account:

1. Open the WISE app or desktop site and log into your account
2. Tap the currency you want to send, and then select the Send button
3. Enter the recipient’s phone number or email address
4. Select the currency and enter the amount you want to send – or the amount the recipient needs to receive
5. Tap continue, and add a reference or message if you want to
6. Check everything over, confirm and you’re done

Step 3: Send us your receipt or transaction confirmation

After making the payment, users need to send us the receipt or transaction confirmation paper to the following email: support@tadehub.com .

Other information users need to send besides the receipt:

• The discount code (if any);
• The chosen package (30, 60, or 90 Premium-day packages).
  
  

Our Support team will check and share the Premium code in 24 hours (not including weekends) after receiving the users’ Transaction confirmation and all required information.

Note: If users pay lower than the original price but are not able to share the discount codes (or the code is invalid), users need to pay the due amount. We have the right not to share the Premium code if we don’t receive enough money for the package.
