Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Pearson Test of English Practice Platform. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the stuff we build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Pearson Test of English Practice Platform. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Pearson Test of English Practice Platform, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Policy. 

If there’s something wrong with the products you bought such as technical problems, or if you are not happy with it for any reasons; we are always cheerful and willing to support your practice. However, you will not be able to issue a refund for your item unless you can not access our Website for 24 hours consecutively. It usually takes up to two working days to make a refund after we review and accept your request.

Refunds

We at ourselves to serving our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products.

Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with technology. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated about it in advance so that you don't have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via Online payment (not Cash on Delivery), then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.

We follow certain policies to ensure transparency, efficiency and quality customer care:

●   We DO NOT allow returns on sold products for our digital products or services.

●   We DO NOT accept returned goods, as we believe that customers should get the best quality products.

●   Refunds are NOT given for any purchases made as we provide Digital services, which is delivered immediately after payments are made.

●   We DO NOT encourage exchanges of our products.

●   We DO NOT engage in reselling used products and discourage the same, because we cannot ensure the best quality products for our customers. 

However, there are two scenarios in that users may get their refund.

1. Firstly, if users accidentally make two payments for the SAME PACKAGE in 01 day. We will process up to a 70% refund on the paid fee package in three (03) working days, not including weekends, details are as follows: 

  • ●   If users confirm the mistake and want to get the refund in one (01) day after making the second payment, users will get a 70% refund;
  • ●   If users confirm the mistake and want to get the refund from two (02) to three (03) days after making the second payment, users will get a 50% refund;
  • ●   If users confirm the mistake and want to get the refund in three (03) days after making the second payment, users will get a 30% refund;

2. Secondly, users will get a 100% refund if there is an issue from our end after we diagnose all problems and confirm it. This process usually takes from three to five working days, not including weekends.

We will issue a Refund directly through the Payment Gateway that users make the payment initially. For example, if users make the payment via PayPal (or AlePay or other gateways), we will issue the Refund via PayPal (or AlePay or other gateways) as well.
